Premium Funeral Service
We firmly believe that this does not need to come at an unaffordable price. Having signed the Fair Funeral Pledge, you can be assured that we will offer you the highest standard of personal service, with all disbursements and funeral charges included.
We will also offer another member of the same family their Premium Funeral Service at a future date, fixed at the current rate.
When nothing else will do
We can personalise certain aspects of our Premium Funeral Service to your exact requirements. It is our ‘fully inclusive’ package and comprises
- Conveyance of the deceased to our Chapel of Rest
- Hygienic treatment (recommended)
- Announcement of Death in the local newspaper two issues.
- Printing of up to 50 Orders of Service on white or cream card, including two photographs, and photo fame
- Simple veneered coffin
- Floral tribute up to the value of £150
- Hearse and limousine , either from the client's home or directly to the Crematorium
- Crematorium fees
- Minister or Celebrant fee
- Scatter Tube
The total cost (inclusive of all disbursements) is £4,995.
Points of note
- Crematorium fees exclude cremation on a Saturday
- Extra vehicles can be booked at a discounted price if ordered when making the funeral arrangements, eg limousine (£300) or executive saloon (£145)
- We require a deposit before the funeral takes place and the balance is invoiced the week after. Any outstanding amount must be paid within a month of the invoice date.
- Payment can be made by cheque/credit/debit card. There is no VAT on funeral costs.
- Should you wish to make a claim for a DWP contribution towards the funeral costs, we can offer advice and prepare the required invoice for the purpose of application.
